Our products are locally sourced and supplied by hard working, ethical and sustainable farmers. We visit their farms, meet their animals, and see the pride and care they take in their operations. Scroll down to our supplier page to learn more about them. All of our meat is Provincially or Federally inspected.
We source our Provincially and Federally inspected AAA beef from Western Canadian farms, and are proud to offer grass fed and grain finished beef, fully grass feed and grass finished beef, hormone and steroid free, and locally raised Wagyu. Ask us about the differences, and have a look at our supplier section to meet some of the amazing people behind these products.
We are happy to support local farmers by carrying their pork at the Popowich Meat Company. Raised without the use of hormones and steroids, our suppliers are providing some of the best pork in the world. Visiting their farms highlights their outstanding commitment to their animals and their environments.
All of our poultry is free-run and grown without the use of hormones and steroids. Our suppliers ensure the animals have lots of room to move around, and are raised in a comfortable and safe environment. They care about their birds, and we love that about them!

While beef may still be king in Alberta, there are amazing farmers who are putting the same effort and dedication into raising high quality lamb. With a coat of hair, rather than wool, Haywire Farms is producing a 'clean' and amazing tasting lamb. Lamb without wool??.......we know, it sounds weird! Come in and ask us about it.
We love to eat fun and creative food, so we're always looking to roll open a pork tenderloin, butterfly a chicken breast, or pound out some beef so that we can stuff them with something yummy. We make everything fresh and in-house, so you won't find any strange chemicals that you can't pronounce! Perfect for those busy nights when you want to eat well, and don't feel like prepping a meal. And we're happy to experiment with you, so if there is something you'd love us to make, please let us know.
